Whole Corn Curry

INGREDIENTS:
Corn on the cob – 3
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Green chilli – 2 medium size
Ginger – 1″
Cilantro leaves- 1 medium size bunch
Salt – to taste
Sugar – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Cut 3 full corn on the cob into 3-4 pieces.
Cook them in water, and once cooked remove and keep aside.
Grind coconut with green chilli, ginger and cilantro.
Heat a medium size pan, add 1 tsp of ghee and mustard.
Add the coconut masala into the pan. Add salt as required, 1 tsp of sugar and about 2 glasses of water.
Once it boils add the corn to it. Let it cook together for a while.
Garnish with cilantro.
Serve with rice.
