White Dhokla


INGREDIENTS:

Ingredients:
1 cup Sooji (cream of wheat)
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 spoon salt
2 tsp oil

1 tsp Eno

Tempering:
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4th tsp hing
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 gr chilly slit
Few chopped curry leaves
1 tsp lime juice


DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients except eno. Add water a spoon at a time if needed to make a thick batter. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Add 1 tsp eno and 1 tsp water and mix. Pour into a flat shallow container/plate and steam right away for 10 mins

Heat oil, Add tempering items, when mustard splutters, pour on dhokla, top with cilantro.
