Walnut Burfi
SERVINGS: 30 pcs


INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups Walnuts
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 Cup Sugar


DIRECTIONS:

Lightly grease a cookie sheet/10″ flat steel plate with 1 tsp ghee keep aside.

Powder walnuts in a food processor.
Heat a non stick pan, add powdered walnuts and mix in with the remaining ingredients and stir in a non stick pan for approx. 30 mins.
(or until the Walnut paste separates from the sides of the pan)
Pour onto a greased steel plate or cookie sheet, and spread evenly with a spatula. Wait few minutes and cut into 1″ squares.
Separate the pieces and refrigerate in an airtight box.
