Lemon Tahini dressing
SERVINGS: 1/4 cup
TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tbsp Tahini paste (roasted and powdered white sesame seeds)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice ( approx 1/2 large lemon)
  • 2 tsp red chilly sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard optional
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast – optional
  • salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients and use as salad dressing. If needed add some warm water to achieve desired consistency.
Adjust spice levels according to taste.

( If using sesame seeds, Roast sesame seeds and garlic until golden. Powder it and mix in remaining items )
