Lemon Tahini dressing

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tbsp Tahini paste (roasted and powdered white sesame seeds)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp lemon juice ( approx 1/2 large lemon)
- 2 tsp red chilly sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dijon mustard optional
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast – optional
- salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients and use as salad dressing. If needed add some warm water to achieve desired consistency.
Adjust spice levels according to taste.
( If using sesame seeds, Roast sesame seeds and garlic until golden. Powder it and mix in remaining items )
