sambhar powder
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup coriander seeds
1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
2 tbsp cumin seeds ( can be optional if this is to be used for saaru/rasam )
2 cup packed red chilly ( must be the bydagi variety)
1/8 tsp hing
1/4 cup curry leaves
2 tsp coconut oil
DIRECTIONS:
Roast all above in coconut oil, Grind to a fine Powder and store in airtight containers.
