Ridge Gourd Sihi

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cubed ridge gourd
1/2 tsp mustard
Salt to taste
Grind:
1 tsp khus khus
1 tsp Jaggery/sweetener
1/2 cup grated coconut
Few curry leaves
Ghee,mustard seeds, red chilly for Tempering
DIRECTIONS:
Warm ghee, add tempering items and when mustard seeds splutter, add gourd pcs. Add Ridge Gourd and just enough water.
Cook for 10 mins or until gourd is just cooked but not too mushy. Add ground paste and salt to vegetables. Simmer for 5 mins. Serve with rice or rotis
