Red Pepper Chutney
SERVINGS:

INGREDIENTS:
1 medium red bell pepper – chopped
1/4 C frozen grated coconut
2 cloves garlic
1 spring curry leaves
1-2 red chilly according to spice level
Salt to taste
Tempering:
Mustard seeds, few curry leaves and ghee
DIRECTIONS:
Shallow fry red pepper, curry leaves, red chilly and garlic with a little ghee/oil
Grind all ingredients to smooth paste.
Top with tempering.
