Pumpkin Bread

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1/2 cup Blanched Almond Flour
1/4 cup brown sugar or honey
1 tbsp baking powder
2 large Eggs
2 tbsp flax seed powder Or chia seed mixed in 1/4 cup water
3/4 cup Pumpkin puree
1/2 cup avocado oil or ghee
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Pumpkin seeds (for topping – optional)
1/4 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
Mix wet ingredients, Add in dry ingredients.
Pour into loaf pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350F for 45-50 mins.
