Tomato Soup

INGREDIENTS:
3 large tomatoes
1 large onion
1 carrot optional
1/2 inch ginger
2-3 med garlic cloves
10 peppercorn seeds
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Cook everything in the pressure cooker or instapot for 5 mins under pressure.
When cool grind to a smooth paste.
Pass through a sieve.
Add a little water if soup is too thick.
Bring to a boil it and serve it with some butter and bread crumbs.
Garnish with cilantro and butter if needed.
