Millet Dosa
SERVINGS:
4 persons
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Kodo millet
1 cup black eyed peas
1/2 cup urad daal
1/4 cup poha (avalakki)
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
DIRECTIONS:
Rinse the first four ingredients and soak until soft.
Soak the avalakki for just 30 mins and grind everything together.
Add salt and ferment overnight.
Batter is ready to use. Make dosas on a hot greased cast iron pan and serve with chutney.
