Mango Kesaribath

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 cups Semolina
3 cups Water
1 1/2 cups Mango Pulp approx ( use canned kesar mango pulp)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup ghee
2 tbsp Cashews fried in ghee
1 tsp saffron soaked in milk.
DIRECTIONS:
Add ghee to a large sauce pan, add Rava, fry well for 15-20 minutes until it is aromatic.
Bring water to a boil and add this to the rava.
Stir until well mixed and rava is cooked.
Now add sugar & saffron right way and mix well.
Next add Mango pulp and mix well.
Garnish with toasted cashew nuts & serve!.
