Quinoa Kichdi

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Whole moong dhal Sprouted
1/2 c Broken wheat
1/4 c Quinoa
1/2 large onion chopped fine
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 c finely chopped vegetables ( frozen carrots, peas or fresh cut veggies)
1 tsp garam masala powder or rasam pd
1/2 tsp chilly pd
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt to taste
Garnish
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 tbsp ghee
DIRECTIONS:
Rinse and pressure cook sprouted Moong dhal and broken wheat and quinoa together.
Fry onions and ginger garlic paste for 5 mins. Add veggies and cook for 5 mins. Add spices and add the cooked dhal mix. Mix well, top with ghee, lime juice and cilantro.
