Jicama wraps
INGREDIENTS:
Jicama slices
Filling:
Tofu sliced into strips – sauté with sesame oil
Mint and cilantro – chopped
Chives or spring onion – chopped
Thinly sliced vegetables:
Avocado
Lettuce or spinach
Fuji apples sliced into strips
Crushed peanuts optional
Dressing:
Peanut sauce
Chilly sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Assemble each Jicama slice with filling, dressing and wrap up to form a roll.
CREDITS/NOTES:
This tastes good with any combination of filling and dressing in Thai, Chinese or Mexican flavors. Similar to spring rolls or lettuce cups
