Green Chutney


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 medium lime
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2-3 green chillies depending on spice level
  • salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Grind all ingredients, add very little water,less than 1/4 cup,(a little at a time) to make a smooth green chutney.


CREDITS/NOTES:

Freeze in small containers and use as needed.
