Flaxseed laddoos


INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup roasted flax seed powdered
1 cup roasted walnuts/almonds ( pumpkin seeds/sesame seeds/lotus seeds may also be used )
2 cups pitted dates
1 tsp Cardamom pd


DIRECTIONS:

Powder flax seeds in a dry grinder.
Powder the nuts.
Run the dates in a food processor until it is smooth. Mix with flax seed and nut powder in the food processor.

Spoon out a small amount at a time and shape into a round laddoos. If paste is not sticky enough grind few more dates and add to mix.

Optional additions:
1 tbsp of toasted and powdered sesame seeds for flavor.
1/4 cup roasted and powdered lotus seeds.

If needed, mix nut powder and dates in batches to make it easier to handle.
