Fenugreek Seeds Thumbli
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 tbsp Fenugreek seeds (menthe)
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tbsp grated coconut
1/2 tsp ginger
1 dry red chilly
1/2 cup yogurt
DIRECTIONS:
Dry roast fenugreek seeds and curry leaves.
Grind it with rest of ingredients.
Season with ghee and mustard seeds.
CREDITS/NOTES:
Alternate option is to soak the seeds in water for 2-3 hrs and grind with rest of ingredients. Substitute green chilly for red.
