Dill Leaves Dhal
SERVINGS:

INGREDIENTS:
1-1.5 cup cooked mung dhal
1 medium bunch dill leaves chopped fine (same quantity as dhal)
1 small onion chopped fine
2 cloves of garlic chopped fine
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 green chillies slit lengthwise
A spring of curry leaves chopped
1/2 lime
a pinch of sugar.
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp ghee
DIRECTIONS:
Warm ghee and add cumin seeds, curry leaves when it sizzles, add chopped onions, garlic and stir fry for few minutes until translucent.
Add chopped Dill leaves and fry for 5-10 mins.
Add green chillies, cooked dhal, turmeric, some water if needed and cook for 10-15 mins.
Squeeze lemon juice and a pinch of sugar and mix well.
