Cucumber Sasmi


INGREDIENTS:

1 Cucumber – grated (substitutes – grated white radish or cooked + grated beets)

Grind together:
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 coconut
1/2 tsp tamarind or raw mango
4/5 red chilly
Salt

Tempering:
Ghee
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves


DIRECTIONS:

Mix in grated vegetable with ground coconut masala.
Warm ghee, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, when mustard seeds splutters, add to cucumber sasmi.
Serve with rice
