Cucumber Dosa
SERVINGS:
6-8 dosas
TOTAL TIME:
30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp rice flour or semolina ( optional)
1.5 cup grated cucumber without seeds
4 tbsp Brown Sugar or powdered Jaggery
according to taste
1/4 tsp salt
ghee as needed
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients to make a smooth pancake batter consistency.
Make Dosa/Crepe on a non stick pan. Cook both sides on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Add 1/2 tsp of ghee on both sides to make dosa crispy and golden.
Serve right away with some fresh ghee.

Savory dosa Variation:
Grind 1 cup soaked rice ,coconut, green chilies, Cucumber and Cilantro and salt to make savory cucumber dosa.
