Apple Cranberries Cobbler
SERVINGS:
4 persons
TOTAL TIME:
60 mins
INGREDIENTS:
Fruit Mix:
3 cups fresh cranberries, washed ( for a less tart cobbler, cut down on the cranberries and substitute more apples)
2-3 large apples, peeled, sliced (I like tart apples like pippin or granny smiths because they are more flavorful)
½ cup sugar
1 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp. flour
Topping:
¾ cup oats
½ cup chopped nuts
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp all purpose flour or almond flour
3 Tbsp melted butter
DIRECTIONS:
Pour Fruit mix into a buttered 1-1/2 quart dish.
Spread Topping over fruit and bake for 40 minutes at 350 or until bubbly and browned.

For Peach cobbler, substitute peaches + 1 tbsp lemon juice instead of apples and cranberries and use the same recipes for peach crisp.
