LETTUCE CUPS

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup tofu chopped into tiny cubes
1 cup chopped mushroom
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 cup chopped scallions
Chopped chestnuts optional
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Sesame oil
lettuce leaves
2 tsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Hoisin sauce or as needed
1 tsp Peanut butter
Chili sauce as needed
Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Warm some oil, add ginger garlic paste
Add tofu, mushroom and scallions and stir fry for 10 mins
Add sauce and peanuts, mix well
Separate out lettuce leaves and top with vegetable mix
Serve right away.
Top with more sauces as needed
