It’s all about GOOD food..

This food blog has been created to archive recipes I use often, as well as some new and traditional recipes collected from my mother, aunts, cousins and friends and links saved from online sources. Although the theme is global cuisine, there are more than a few recipes from Udupi, South India, – my comfort food. South Indian food can be carbohydrate heavy, so I have tried variations with coconut flour, quinoa, millet etc., and saved the ones that worked for me. The goal is to make nutritious and wholesome food choices without sacrificing taste 🙂
