Spicy Kashaya


INGREDIENTS:

4 tablespoons black pepper
4 table spoon coriander seeds
10 cloves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 inch piece of ginger
1/2 medium onion
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp jaggery
1 pod cardamom
Lime juice as needed


DIRECTIONS:

Grind all ingredients together, Add about 2 cups of water and Boil well for 15-20 minutes. Strain and drink half cup with a little lime juice 2-3 times a day.
