Tempeh Sandwich
SERVINGS: 4


INGREDIENTS:

Marinade:
2 tbsp Soy sauce or Tamari sauce
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Hoisin sauce optional

Aioli sauce: (mix according to taste)
Mayo
Chili sauce
Mustard
Honey

1 block Tempeh sliced into 1/2 inch slices

Vegetables to top:
Tomato
Cucumber
Arugula

Any kind of bread or pita


DIRECTIONS:

Marinate tempeh overnight in marinade.
Warm a skillet and grill both sides.
Serve as sandwich with aioli sauce and toppings
