Asiago Cheese Crackers
TOTAL TIME: 20 mins


INGREDIENTS:

1 C grated Trader Joe’s Quattro Formaggi cheese blend (Asiago Cheese
Parmesan cheese and Fontina)
1/2 C pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds & flax seeds
1/4 C cooked tricolor quinoa
1 Tab white sesame seeds
1 Tab black sesame seeds
1 Tsp dry herb blend optional
1 Tsp kosher salt


DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients and spread a thin layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 15 mins. Remove from oven and let cool. Break into 2 inch pcs or cut u to squares with a pizza cutter. If crackers are soft, bake again at a lower setting for 5-10 mins. Use as snack or with soups.
