Radish and Kale Stirfry
SERVINGS: 3-4 persons
TOTAL TIME: 20 -30 mins


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup finely diced Radish
1 bunch chopped Kale

Mix together:
4 tab Chickpea flour ( optional – dry roast flour for 5 mins )
1/2 tsp Garam masala pd
1/2 tsp chilly pd
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp Amchur
A pinch of asafetida
Salt to taste

Tempering:
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp ajwain seeds
3 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 sprig curry leaves

lime juice as needed


DIRECTIONS:

Heat oil and add curry leaves, mustard and cumin seeds, ajwain seeds
When it splutters, add radish and stir fry for 5-10 mins
Add kale stir and cook another 2 mins
Add chickpea flour mix and stir well and fry for 15 mins, stirring once in a while.
Garnish with lime juice if needed.


CREDITS/NOTES:

The same recipe may be used with these vegetables (instead of radish and kale)
