Coconut Mint Chutney
INGREDIENTS:
1/4th cup grated coconut
1 cup mint leaves
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp yogurt
2-3 green chillies
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds and ghee for seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
Grind all ingredients to a smooth paste and temper with
ghee and mustard seeds.
Goes well with dosa and idli.
