Peanut Soy Sauce dressing


INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp red chilly sauce
2 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
1 tbsp Grated fresh ginger or dry ginger pd- Optional
1 tbsp sesame seed paste optional
salt if needed
1-2 tbsp water if needed to thin dressing consistency


DIRECTIONS:

Mix all well with fork and serve on salads or use as a dip. You may add more honey or chilly sauce according to taste.
